Trips should be booked well in advance. Your booking confirmation states the payment schedule and balance deadline for your journey. Cancellations within 15–29 days incur a 50% fee, so early booking is recommended to secure availability.
Are the tours a good fit for families with children?
Yes. Several trains are designed specifically for families, with dedicated cabins, suites, and onboard spaces for children. Below are our most family friendly trains:
- Lindu Express: Best suited for families, with a supervised Children’s Playroom Carriage. Deluxe Suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

The packages are highly all-inclusive, covering:

Yes. Group travel accident insurance is included, with coverage up to 300,000 RMB (200,000 RMB for guests aged 71+). Guests pay upfront for any treatment and claim reimbursement through the policy. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
